Due to the popularity of recent findings, green tea has become almost synonymous with weight loss and diet. Adding green tea diet pills diet and weight loss supplements that may have prompted reports of negative side effects of other drugs like ephedra.

Why choose green tea diet?

For four thousand years, green tea has been used throughout Asia as a benefit for health and medicinal drink. This differs from all other tea diets because its liquid is extracted by steam plant Camellia sinensis, as opposed to complete oxidation. Thus, green tea diet, maintain a successful and more antioxidants in the body intact for use.

Green tea diet is an excellent source of polycatechin polyphenols, a group of antioxidants, which act on free radicals. In EGCG also acts with another compound caffeine (a small part of this is green tea). The interaction between these two compounds leads to the diet to promote thermogenesis in the body.

Green Tea Has On Weight Loss

Green tea has received much attention in recent years because many health services researchers have associated with it. Numerous studies show that he really had a positive impact on our health, including the fact that you can help people lose weight.
