Lose Weight With Green Tea

Recently there has been a series of reports on green tea weight loss.

Green tea for weight loss effects have caused more people to start drinking beer the old Japanese.

But just how green tea helps you lose weight? And it really is, or is all just hype? This article gives you the real facts about drinking green tea to lose weight.

Benefits of drinking green tea for weight loss:

1) Green tea poverty their metabolism

The study was reported in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, found that green tea extract resulted in a significant increase in energy expenditure (a metabolic kick).

Researchers also concluded that the 24-hour period, green tea extract increases the metabolic rate of 4%. These effects are probably due to the high concentration of catechin polyphenols in green tea. This work, helping to increase the level of fat oxidation and thermogenesis (the rate at which your body burns calories).

2) Green tea inhibits fat absorption and helps glucose regulation

The experts tell us that the catechins in green tea help to inhibit the movement of glucose in fat cells. Green tea may also act as al glucose regulator. It helps stem the increase in blood sugar after a meal. This avoids high peak of insulin (insulin promotes the storage of large amounts of fat) and fat storage.
