If you work according to work, children, home and life in general, one would think that it was not enough time in the day for health and fitness. The word “exercise” just does not seem to fit in your vocabulary. But there is good news. With only a small daily dose, you can get a good health and fitness in the shortest possible time without adding stress to your regular.

Begin the exercise and slow the Resistance

Begin exercises slowly, simple as you can manage. Have about 20-30 minutes of exercise or activity each day or at least several times a week. Construction began more seriously and working your way up to more intense exercises, how to build muscle strength. This is your fitness and health without contributing to overwhelm your body, especially if you are not active for some time.

Some examples of restoration activities in weak form, probably try to walk, play outdoor games with your children (marbles, tag, volleyball, badminton, kite, etc.), walking the dog mow the lawn or gardening, housework, stairs to walk or bicycle. If you want to have fun with your children decide for themselves in the park instead of a glacier. Think of physical activity in everything you do. This will help your child to exercise without feeling about it, and under pressure.

If you work outside the home, you can walk during the break. Even walking 15 minutes a day can make a big difference!
